Imbue

The rest isn’t cast: it’s stored, with 3 charges, in what the shape before it touches. With Self, the item in your hand (a weapon’s hits, a bow’s arrows, a tool’s blocks, armour when you’re hurt, a block where it’s placed, anything else when used), or with empty hands the block you’re looking at. Any block becomes a glyph that goes off at whoever steps on, uses, shoots or breaks it, or when it’s powered. The stored part costs 3 times as much; releasing it costs no mana, but everything you’ve imbued shares one cooldown as long as the stored spell’s, and you keep up to 6 imbued items.
