Rare Meals
Four camp meals are rarer than the rest. Each one needs something you can only get from the wilds’ strangest corners, plus a pinch of Wayfarer’s Saffron from a caravan. Cook one in a Camp Pot like any other meal. It feeds like a feast and gives stronger buffs that last longer.

Getting the ingredients
- Giant’s Heart. It drops when a roaming giant falls, and one time in four you get two.
- Everfrost Shard, Wildbloom Petal and Star Dust. You harvest these from the residues that big spells leave behind.
- Wayfarer’s Saffron. A caravaneer sells two at a time for 4 emeralds.
Cooking one
A rare meal is only ever cooked when you choose it. Cycle the pot’s cookbook to it. The pot never spends a Giant’s Heart or a shard on its own, even if it’s the richest meal you can afford. Rare meals have a purple name and say “A rare meal:” above their buffs.
